Transition Training
Perhaps you’ve purchased a new plane, or have always wanted to learn to fly high performance or twin-engine aircraft, or you’d simply like instruction to gain comfort in a plane that doesn’t feel right to you yet. We offer transition training for a variety of scenarios outlined below. If you don’t see what you need help with listed below – call us before you go elsewhere! Believe us when we tell you we will work hard to accommodate you, and if we can’t we’ll recommend you to the best possible alternative.
INSTRUMENT RATING
Our experts will work with you and fellow students to meet the FAA requirements for flight in IMC (Instrument Meteorological Conditions). In short – you’ll be able to fly when visibility is limited using various navigational aids. Gaining this rating will make you a better pilot in all aspects.

Technically Advanced AIRCRAFT
Complex aircraft is a phrase referring to an aircraft with advanced systems – most basically: retractable landing gear. Learn the nuances of “gear up” and “gear down” in one of AVIER’s trainers, and enjoy flight in a whole new class of aircraft.

MULTI ENGINE RATING
Learn to fly a multiple engine airplane! The complexity of multi engine flight provides a terrific learning opportunity, and opens the door to learning a wide variety of high performance aircraft. You won’t find a better introduction to flying multi engine anywhere.

Integrated Into Your Training
Simulator time is seamlessly built into your weekly curriculum, complementing your in-aircraft training. Whether you’re working toward your instrument rating, brushing up on commercial maneuvers, or transitioning from military to GA or airline ops, our simulation sessions are tailored to your goals.
